Sharing my art with others has connected another layer to the healing through art  journey. When I show  my work , I witness how my creations resonate with others. This connection reinforces the idea that art can be a powerful tool for healing- not just for myself, but for those who can relate to it. Hearing others share their interpretations or personal stories related to my work has been incredibly validating of healing through art.
